NLRB Files Complaint in Massey Dispute

In a rare case of the National Labor Relations Board actually doing something beneficial for workers....

NLRB Files Complaint in Massey Dispute

Massey's refusal to rehire union miners who worked at the mines at the time of the Horizon Natural Resources bankruptcy (8/31/2004) seems to be getting ol' Dirty Donnie Blankenship (Massey CEO) in hot water.

Once again this is a testament to the United Mine Workers of America union for not backing down in this fight and hopefully in the near future these miners will have their jobs back that they rightfully deserve.

In other UMWA news the fight continues at Justice At Peabody.
